Tverskoy Boulevard, No. 19

The club house "Tverskoy Boulevard, 19" is located at the corner of the boulevard and Bogoslovsky Lane, just a few minutes from Bolshaya Bronnaya and Tverskaya Streets. It is adjacent to the A.S. Pushkin Theater. The surroundings of the house include leading theaters of Moscow such as the MХT named after M. Gorky, the Theater on Bronnaya, "Okolo," the halls of the Moscow Conservatory named after P.I. Tchaikovsky, as well as architectural monuments, beautiful churches, and historical estates that make up the cultural heritage of Russia. In the Patriarch's Ponds area, you can traditionally find the best author’s bars, gastronomic bistros, and trendy restaurants. On the opposite side of the house are the legendary restaurants of the capital – the café "Pushkin" and "Turandot." Tverskoy Boulevard itself is a charming place for early morning or evening strolls. The "Tverskaya" metro station is a 5-minute walk from the house, providing convenient access to Novy Arbat, Tverskaya Street, and the Garden Ring.

The courtyard of the house has organized parking spaces for residents. Entry is allowed through gates and a barrier by pass, with an exit also available to Bronnaya Street. The house has security staff and video surveillance in place.
