Residential complex architecture
"Tverskoy Boulevard, 19" is a historic building constructed in a classical style based on the design of architect A.A. Martynov. In the late 19th century, it was home to the famous surgeon N.V. Sklifosovsky. In the 1950s, the building was extended by four floors and an attic. The building features two passenger elevators and mixed type ceilings. The grand entrance retains the majestic atmosphere of past centuries.
The 7-story building contains 18 apartments, some with fireplaces. The ceiling height is 3.3 meters. From the windows facing three sides, there are views of the monument to Sergei Yesenin, Tverskoy Boulevard, and the domes of the Church of the Apostle John the Theologian.
