Architecture of the Residential complex

"House on Khlebny" is a unique monument of Moscow architecture. The neoclassical style building was built in 1913 by the famous architect O.G. Piotrovich for high-ranking officials, writers, and scientists.
The concept of the house still emphasizes the high status of its residents: granite, marble, precious wood species, and luxurious furniture in the hall.
The first floor of the clubhouse is designed as non-residential. This floor houses commercial premises and a multifunctional living room, which residents of the complex can use for receiving guests.
