Architecture of the Residential complex

The main idea is to revive the historical context of the city center. The architect paid attention to details and tried to convey the style of the 19th-century buildings in Zamoskvorechye. The facades are finished with dark-colored handmade brick. The building is adorned with brickwork, recreating the appearance of old Moscow merchant houses and mansions.
