Cloud Nine is an ambitious renovation project of 19th-20th century buildings that will appeal to connoisseurs of Moscow's historic center. The unique location of Cloud Nine is its standout feature, being the fourth building from the Kremlin and close to Yakimanskaya and Kadashevskaya embankments, where quiet alleys blend into bustling streets. Within a five-minute walk, you can find the Tretyakov Gallery, Muzeon Park of Arts, as well as theaters, multi-profile schools, sports clubs, and restaurants. Architecture of the Residential complex

House, facing the facade of Bolshaya Polyanka, was built in the early 20th century, the legendary wrappers for the "Tovarishchestvo Einem" chocolate candies (modern "Krasny Oktyabr") were printed here in the Menertov brothers' printing house. Today it is part of an architectural ensemble of four houses, creating a unified contemporary space called Cloud Nine.
The interiors of the apartments are executed in two stylistic solutions - industrial eco-chic and contemporary classic. Natural materials - precious wood, marble, and glass - prevail in the finish, combined with historical brickwork. Large windows and high ceilings from 3.5 m fill the space with natural light, making it airy, and spacious terraces allow you to enjoy the view of the historical center.
Interiors in the "industrial eco-chic" style are created by the acclaimed designer and avant-gardist Massimo Iosa Ghini. Here, environmentally friendly materials and elements of industrial aesthetics are skillfully combined. And contemporary classic conquers with a balanced combination of classic forms and modern details, which make the interior more expressive and give a sensation of noble coziness.
