The architectural concept of the SET quarter has been created by the international bureau SPICH under the leadership of Sergey Choban. Three urban blocks form an expressive silhouette for the quarter, each with its own style and unique character. The compositional center of the quarter consists of three towers of varying heights (18, 45, and 59 floors), unified by a common stylobate.
The design of the towers is inspired by the aesthetics of Russian avant-garde— the stepped geometry of the facades recalls iconic architectural forms from the early 20th century. The facades are made of aluminum cassettes with varied textures, allowing light and shadow to create dynamic graphic patterns on the surface.
Panoramic glazing creates a sense of openness and is filled with light, with views from the windows overlooking natural areas, the Setun River, and the urban panorama. Observation decks are organized on the upper floors of the towers, offering a panoramic view of the western part of Moscow.
The entrance groups are designed by RYMAR.STUDIO. The design of the lobby continues the overall architectural concept and resembles the spaces of premium hotels: natural materials, bespoke furniture, and modern art objects specially selected for the complex are used here. The lobby is complemented by lounge areas, a library, meeting rooms, and a space for intimate events.
Access to the residential sections is provided via Face ID, with amenities for residents including dog washing stations, parcel lockers, and stroller storage.
