The most expensive square meter in "Moscow-City" was valued at 780,000 rubles.

The average weighted price per square meter of apartments located in the towers of the Moscow City International Business Center increased by five percent over the 12 months to July 2016, reaching 485 thousand rubles. According to materials published by Kalinka Group, meters in the "City of Capitals" skyscraper are being offered to buyers at a maximum price of 780 thousand rubles.

The supply volume of apartments in the Moscow City International Business Center increased by 80 percent over the year, according to the materials. This growth was due to the introduction of new lots for sale in the "OKO" tower and the start of the implementation of apartments in the Neva Towers complex.

In total, Kalinka reports that buyers are offered 905 apartments in the Moscow City International Business Center. The average weighted price of the offered lots reached 485 thousand rubles per square meter by July 2016. The minimum cost of an apartment square meter in the Moscow International Business Center is 250 thousand rubles, while the maximum is 780 thousand rubles.

Аналитики комплекса Match Point and the company "NDV Real Estate" previously identified that around a third - 29 percent - of apartment buyers in the capital city purchase real estate with the expectation that the property will be classified as residential upon completion of construction.
