The volume of the primary apartment offer in Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City" has increased by 80%.

Specialists Kalinka Group-a leading consulting and real estate company in the luxury real estate market-conducted an analysis of the primary apartment market in the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City". The supply volume increased by 80% in a year, and the weighted average price per square meter increased by 5% to 485 thousand rubles.

As of July 2016, there are 905 apartments on the primary market in the Moscow International Business Center. The supply volume increased by 80% in a year, due to the introduction of new lots in the OKO multifunctional complex (Capital Group) and the start of sales in the Neva Towers multifunctional complex (Renaissance Development).

As noted by Dmitry Zheleznov, Director of Sales at Kalinka Group, apartments on the 5th to 28th floors of Tower 2 of the under construction Neva Towers complex were introduced to the market. The prices of the offered apartments range from 250 thousand to 350 thousand rubles per square meter, and the sizes of the lots range from 60 to 90 square meters. All apartments are offered in "white box" condition for finishing.

"Neva Towers has been met with great interest by the market," says Ekaterina Rumyantseva, Chairman of the Board of Directors at Kalinka Group. "A significant part of the offers has already been reserved. The demand is fueled by small sizes at competitive prices, which are maintained during the construction period. It is possible to enter the project with a budget starting from 20 million rubles. At this stage, buyers acquire apartments for personal use as well as for investment purposes. In our estimation, the price per square meter here will double within 2.5-3 years."

In general, the weighted average price of offered apartments on the primary market in the Moscow International Business Center "Moscow City" is 485 thousand rubles per square meter, and the increase over a year is 5%. The minimum price per square meter is 250 thousand rubles in the Neva Towers multifunctional complex, and the maximum price is 780 thousand rubles per square meter for a scenic apartment with finishing in the City of Capitals multifunctional complex.
