NBM has received permission to build Golden Mile private residences

Mosgosstroynadzor of Moscow has issued a permit to NBM Group of companies for the construction of the Golden Mile private residences club house, one of the most anticipated projects in the elite real estate market in Moscow. This is a new construction with the preservation of part of the historical facade of the building, built in 1902 by the famous architect Nikolai Zherikhov. The developer of the project is NBM Group of companies, the general contractor is PSP–FARMAN construction company, consultants are Kalinka Real Estate Consulting Group and Ginza Project, interior design is Megre Interiors bureau.

The six floors of the building will house 15 luxury apartments with fireplaces ranging from 125 to 258 square meters. m and two fantastic penthouses with terraces and private pools.
