At the moment, the total market capitalization of companies-residents of the Moscow City business center is about $900 billion. This was announced to journalists by the CEO of the Federation Tower company, Mikhail Smirnov.
According to him, the business center's tenants represent corporations from various industries from around the world.
According to data from Kalinka Group, in the first half of 2016, more than 10,000 square meters of office space were sold in Moscow City.
According to realtors, as of today, 3.5 million square meters have already been constructed or are under construction in the business center, with 800 thousand square meters being planned.
Experts have also noted that offices account for 60% of the area in the complex, apartments - 26%, retail spaces - 9%, and parking - 5%.
