Kalinka Group has obtained exclusive rights to implement a unique project on the shores of Lake Garda.

Kalinka Group – the only Russian company that has obtained the right to implement two-story villas with pools and private gardens right on the shores of Italy's famous natural landmark, Lake Garda. This is the only new development project on the lakefront, which means that buyers have a unique opportunity to become owners of modern villas in a world-renowned nature reserve.

The project is being built in the city of Sirmione. Nine villas with large private areas, gardens, and pools occupy an area of 4,400 square meters. The construction is carried out by a family-owned company with extensive experience in creating similar projects and their successful implementation.

The developer's new project is unique both in terms of its location and the fact that it has no analogues or potential competitors: there are no new properties in such proximity to the lake, and their construction is not planned.

"The villas are built in the style of modern classicism, each featuring panoramic glazing that offers residents breathtaking views of the lake with minimal framing, so owners can enjoy them around the clock from their private residences," says Ekaterina Rumyantseva, Chairman of the Board of Kalinka Group. "By acquiring at this stage, buyers can make their own adjustments and wishes to the future villa project."

Each villa has two floors and an underground level that is used as a parking space. The sizes of the properties range from 178 square meters to 245 square meters, and the price range is €1.35 million to €2.65 million. The construction of the project will be completed in August 2018.

From Sirmione, it takes half an hour to reach Verona Airport, and a car ride to Milan and Venice takes about one and a half hours. The complex is located in close proximity to world-famous thermal springs.
