2. Undergo a medical examination.
3. Print the application for the ID card request.
4. Go to one of the Emirates Identity Authority centers with your passport, application, and valid visa. This is the final step of identification: specialists will take fingerprints and a photograph.
5. Receive your Emirates ID after 10 days.

What to do if you lose your Emirates ID

You need to contact the law enforcement authorities. This should be done no later than 7 days after losing the card. Then you should go through the registration process as for the initial issuance of the ID card, excluding the medical certificate. Important note: the validity period of the Emirates ID remains unchanged during reissue.
