Residential complex architecture
Residential complex Symphony 34 was named after the eponymous masterpiece by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart. The project's authors were inspired by his music, therefore the architecture reflects principles of innovation and dialectics. The four towers combine complex forms and diverse materials. Each tower is named based on its visual design: Graphite, Crystal, Silver, and Sienna. All buildings have transparent floors, which is their common feature.
The complex offers a selection of studios and apartments with 1-4 rooms ranging in size from 26 to 122 square meters. The 2-meter panoramic windows provide views of "Moscow-City," Ostankino Tower, and Timiryazevsky Park. The layout was developed by Oleg Klodt Architecture & Design, which ranks among the top 50 architects in Russia and the top 25 designers in London. The towers are equipped with a "smart home" system based on the Ujin platform, as well as advanced engineering solutions.
