Architecture of the Residential complex

"The Olive House" is an elegant club building, 7-9 stories high, designed in a modern art deco style with elements of Stalinist architecture. The project was developed by architect Pavel Andreev, known for his work on the restoration of the Kremlin, GUM, and the Bolshoi Theatre. The façades of the building are clad in natural marble and granite from Norway and Brazil, adorned with decorative wrought iron elements that add refined elegance. The panoramic windows, understated finishes, and architectonic lines harmonize with the neighboring residential complex "Saturday."

The complex features 64 apartments with ceilings ranging from 3.2 to 4 meters and sizes from 50 to 340 square meters, including spacious penthouses with private terraces.
