Cloud Nine is an ambitious project of renovating 19th-20th-century buildings that will appeal to connoisseurs of Moscow's historical center. Located just four houses away from the Kremlin, near Yakimanskaya and Kadashevskaya embankments, Cloud Nine is situated where quiet alleys merge into lively streets. Within a five-minute walk, you will find the Tretyakov Gallery, the Muzeon Park of Arts, as well as theaters, multi-profile schools, sports clubs, and restaurants. The ground floor of the building will house a gallery with boutiques. The facade of the building faces Bolshaya Polyanka and was constructed in the early 20th century, serving as the printing house for the Menertov brothers who printed the legendary wrappers for the "Tovarishchestvo Einem" chocolate candies (modern-day "Red October"). Today, it is part of an architectural ensemble of four houses, creating a unified and contemporary space known as Cloud Nine. The interior design of the apartments is executed in two stylistic solutions - industrial eco-chic and modern classic. Natural materials such as valuable wood species, marble, and glass dominate the finishing, complemented by historic brickwork. Large windows and high ceilings, reaching 3.5 meters, fill the space with natural light, creating an airy atmosphere, while spacious terraces allow you to enjoy the panoramic views of the historic center. The interiors in the "industrial eco-chic" style are created by acclaimed designer and avant-gardist Massimo Iosa Ghini, skillfully combining ecological materials with elements of industrial aesthetics.
