The cottage settlement is located 11 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Novorizhskoye Highway, surrounded by forests. The settlement is surrounded by natural bodies of water with clean water and equipped beaches. Nearby are two "historical" suburban settlements - Pozdnyakovo and Nikolay-Uryupino. The territory, covering an area of 20 hectares, is home to 120 plots, with most of them already built. The houses, ranging from 200 to 400 sq.m, are distinguished by high-quality construction and facade finishes, as well as convenient interior layouts. In close proximity, there are restaurants like Swiss Yard and Cheval Blanc, the World Class fitness center, and the New Century equestrian club. For children, there is the Kovcheg-21 lyceum.
