Knyazhe Ozero

Country settlement located in the Istrinsky district, 24 km from the Moscow Ring Road on the Novorizhskoye highway, surrounded by forest. Here, conditions have been created for a comfortable social life, despite being far from Moscow. Knyazhe Ozero is the winner of the "Settlement of the Year" competition, "Project of the Year" according to Building Awards, and "Best Cottage Settlement" according to the international exhibition "DomExpo-2008". Experts noted the ecological nature of the settlement - the project was certified in accordance with the European standard for quality of ecological construction. There are 500 luxurious residences located on a territory of 152 hectares. The houses are built in a unified architectural style. In the settlement, there are brick houses, mansions made of warm stone, and cottages created using Canadian timber frame technology. All cottages have convenient layouts, including multiple bathrooms, staff rooms, utility rooms, storage rooms, security rooms, a winter garden, a swimming pool, and an attic. The main attraction of the settlement is the clean lake with a beach, as well as an Orthodox church built nearby. In the settlement, there is a well-groomed landscaped park with trees, shrubs, and flower beds, as well as an apple orchard. Residents have access to 20 facilities, including a school and a kindergarten with a swimming pool, a sports and recreation complex, a supermarket, a dry-cleaning service, a bank branch, a medical center and pharmacy, 3 restaurants, a car wash, and a tire service. There are also playgrounds and a zoo for children in the settlement. Video surveillance is installed in the settlement.
