The project of the second stage of the multifunctional complex "Imperia Tower" in "Moscow City" has been approved.
The Moscow authorities, as reported by "Moscow Archcouncil", approved the project of a multifunctional complex. The trapezoidal-shaped building will be constructed as part of the second phase of "Empire Tower" on the 4th site of Moscow International Business Center "Moscow-City". The concept was developed by the bureau "Cimailo and Partners". The facades will be decorated with smoked glass, composite panels, decor, and brass fences.
The project includes two 18-storey buildings on a shared stylobate: the first (closer to the embankment) will have 242 apartments and a hotel with 283 rooms, and the second will have office spaces. There will be an open courtyard between the buildings. The lower floors are intended for retail establishments. The apartments will have open balconies located on the outer perimeter of the building. The entrance to the premises will be from the inner courtyard, to the hotel - from the courtyard and the embankment, and to the office building - from the side of the "Empire Tower" MFC.
Currently, 905 primary apartments are being sold in the business center (data provided by Kalinka Group). Since July last year, the supply has increased by 80% with the introduction of new properties in the skyscraper "Oko" and some lots (5-28 floors) in the second building of Neva Towers. The average price of apartments in "Moscow City" is 485,000 rubles per square meter.
