The most expensive new buildings in Moscow were sold in June at Patriarshiye Prudy.
In June, Patriarch's Ponds became the most expensive district in Moscow in the primary real estate segment, with an average price of $31.9 thousand per square meter, RIA Novosti reported on Wednesday, citing Ekaterina Rumyantseva, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Kalinka Group.
"Previously, the leader was Ostozhenka, where today the price per square meter is $27.9 thousand," she noted.
According to Rumyantseva, the leadership of Patriarshiye Prudy is due to the fact that on the primary market "there are two properties where there are still individual offers on the upper floors."
She clarified that she was referring to properties located at Granatny Pereulok, house 6 and Granatny Pereulok, house 8.
