According to estimates by the Kalinka ecosystem analysts, there were 751 lots on display on the secondary market for luxury housing in Moscow in September, which is 10% lower than the figure from the same period last year. The highest share in the exposition falls on the Khamovniki district, which accounts for 28%. This share has increased by 1 percentage point over the year. The Presnensky district ranks second with a share of 19%, but its share has decreased by 1 percentage point over the year. Ramenki rounds off the top three with a share of 15% (+3 percentage points). In Tverskoy district, the share of lots in the exposition is 8% (+ 2 percentage points), Arbat accounts for 6% (-1 percentage point), and Yakimanka - 5% (-1 percentage point). In Zamoskvorechye, the share of luxury lots on the secondary market amounts to 4% (the share has not changed over the year). In other districts (Meshchansky, Dorogomilovo, Basmanny, Krasnoselsky, Tagansky, Begovoy, Donskoy, Danilovsky, and others), the share in the overall volume of luxury housing on the secondary market does not exceed 2%.

"The volume of expensive apartments on the secondary housing market of the capital is decreasing due to the clearance of liquid lots and lower-cost lots. At the same time, the average weighted price per square meter has slightly increased compared to last year and amounted to 1.3 million rubles (+1.4% over the year). The average budget of a lot in the exposition was 244.6 million rubles, which is an increase of 3% over the year. The average size of lots on sale is also increasing. It has grown by 1% over the year to 183.5 square meters," notes Alexey Chumalov, CEO of the Kalinka ecosystem.
