A new project at ground zero from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD).

Kalinka Realty acted as a consultant in the development of a construction project concept for a plot of land located in the Leninsky district of the Moscow region.

The plot of land, with an area of 34.5 hectares, is located at 0 km from the Moscow Ring Road on Borovsky Highway in the territory of the urban settlement "Moskovsky". The construction of the "Govorovo Office and Residential Enclave" is planned on this site. The total building area is 472,000 square meters, with approximately 300,000 square meters allocated for residential development. The residential development represents an innovative format of housing that is distinguished by its comfortable living conditions and the use of modern technologies.

The specialists of Kalinka Realty have developed a perspective development direction for the project, provided recommendations for the class and format of the development, and conducted a preliminary analysis of the main technical and economic indicators.
