The construction of high-rise buildings in Russia started relatively recently - in the mid-1990s, when the Moscow City business district project began. Before that, the main representatives of the Russian skyscrapers were the "Stalinist" high-rises - the land in Moscow began to run out not long ago, so there was no habit of saving before, and they built buildings of "ordinary" sizes.

The facades are adorned with an abstract image of clouds designed to create the impression that the skyscraper is "floating in the sky". Moreover, the glass reflects ultraviolet light, maintaining the optimal temperature inside the building. This glass, in terms of density, is close to the heat resistance parameters of a brick wall.
