Kalinka Ecosystem has become the exclusive agent for a unique resort project in the Maldives.

The Baccarat Hotel & Residences Maldives will be located on five interconnected islands in the South Male atoll and will include 50 hotel villas and 53 private residences.

The luxury resort is partly surrounded by its own lagoon and reef system. On site, there will be a baccarat-style crystal garden, an open-air cinema, a golf course, tennis courts, a center for snorkeling and traditional Maldivian fishing, a SPA complex, and other infrastructure facilities.

According to the experts of the Kalinka Ecosystem, the project could not only be an ideal place to live, but also an effective investment with a yield of about 8-12% per annum plus a capitalization of up to 20% per year for the first three years.
