Circular skyscraper around the Burj Khalifa: new project by ZNera Space

Perhaps, the Burj Khalifa will gain an unusual "neighbor" - a grand circular skyscraper at a height of 500 meters will appear around it. This revolutionary project has been proposed by ZNera Space, an architectural company aspiring to create a "continuous metropolis".

The architects' idea is to develop the city in the horizontal plane, rather than just building tall towers. The circular skyscraper will be set up on five strong supports, its diameter will be three kilometers. Inside, it is planned to accommodate residential apartments, office spaces, and cultural centers, creating a unique ecosystem at height.

A key element of the project is the sky park, a green zone that will connect the two main rings of the building. It is planned to collect rainwater and use solar energy here, turning the space into a "green oasis" in the middle of the city. For movement within the skyscraper, architects have foreseen an innovative transport system. Hanging capsules will transport passengers both in a circle and to the lower tiers of the building.
