Unique project - The Ritz-Carlton in Bodrum, located on a peninsula in the bay of Tilkiçik in the most luxurious and expensive area of Bodrum - Yalıkavak. The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Bodrum is designed by the world-renowned South African architectural firm SAOTA, which specializes in creating the most expensive villas in the world. The complex offers privileged seaside living on a private peninsula with an area of 126,000 square meters. The complex features 74 private villas, designed in 3 types with 10 different options, taking into account the geographic features of the peninsula, and suitable for year-round living. Each villa has a landscaped garden with a sea view, a garden terrace, a private heated pool made of diabase stone, heated floors, and parking for 2 cars.
