Residential complex (RC) Tersane Istanbul

Tersane Istanbul is a new district that includes hotels, office spaces, shopping centers, stores, cafes, restaurants, cultural and entertainment venues, multi-story residential buildings, waterfronts, docks, and more. Its parameters are:

- Total area: 242,000 sqm
- Open space: 150,000 sqm
- Length of the coastline: 2 km

Most of the structures are still under construction, but some facilities are already ready to welcome guests. The completion of the project is planned for 2024-2025.

The uniqueness of the project lies in the juxtaposition of ultra-modern buildings with ancient manufacturing spaces of a shipyard that is over six centuries old. An important advantage is its location on the waterfront of the Golden Horn Bay, in the historical district of Istanbul called Beyoglu.
