Architecture of the Residential complex

Taghi Old Tbilisi is a unique residential complex with compact apartments in Old Tbilisi. The architectural concept was developed by Nikoloz Sebiskveradze and Dmitry Elikashvili.
The 4-story building is designed in the overall aesthetics of the area. The main feature is the small number of apartments and unique layout solutions. The facade is adorned with arches, balconies, and panoramic windows that offer city views. The building is faced with beautiful clinker brick. The apartments have access to an exploitable roof with a terrace.
The residential complex includes 12 apartments and penthouses ranging from 40 to 88 square meters. The ground floor offers lots with private courtyards, while the second floor has terraces. The apartments are sold with finishing touches.
