Sunshine Beach Resort & Residences is a complex located just 50 meters from Layan Beach. The project is a mix of investment and residential complex, including six hotel buildings managed by a five-star hotel operator, as well as three residential buildings managed by Jones Lang LaSalle. This structure is aimed at attracting investors, as well as those who purchase real estate for their own use.

The project is developed by T.N. Group Phuket - a new company formed by the union of three major investors: Hong Kong Safe Gold Group, Golden Invest Group, and AUTA Group from South Australia. After successful cooperation in 2019, Golden Invest and AUTA joined forces with Safe Gold Hong Kong to invest and develop real estate in Phuket. By pooling resources, T.N. Group started working on the Sunshine Beach Condotel project, adhering to Australian quality standards and using the expertise of specialists from Australia and China.
