Luxury chalet complex in the Kolasin Valleys ski cluster in Kolasin, northern Montenegro. It offers 45 km of slopes, designed for 10,000 holidaymakers. The lowest point is 1,420 m above sea level, while the highest point reaches 2,035 m. The region attracts tourists all year round. In winter, the main focus is on mountain and cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. In summer, activities include fishing, rock climbing, hiking routes, and mountaineering. Kolasin is also rich in historical landmarks, such as the 13th-century Moraca Monastery and the Ethnographic Museum. The Montenegrin government is investing in the development of the northern part of the country. The Canadian company Ecosign is involved in the development of the master plan for the Belasica and Komovi areas. The first phase of construction includes the resorts of Kolasin 1450 and Kolasin 1600. The Kolasin Valleys project covers an area of 27 hectares. It is located 60 km from the city of Podgorica and 73 km from the international airport.
