La Collection Croisière

The distinguishing feature of The Cruise Collection complex is its stylish, original exterior design in the form of a large cruise ship.

It will be built on a plot of land measuring 10,720 square meters. The building, inspired by its creator's cruise liner, will be 195 meters long and have 12 floors, and it has been recognized as the best project in the region due to its unique architecture.

The project will include 173 apartments, with two-room layouts (1+1) measuring a total area of 87 square meters, three-room layouts (2+1) measuring a total area of 106 to 145 square meters, as well as apartments with access to a garden and penthouses with three-room layouts (3+1) measuring a total area of 163 to 186 square meters.
