"Aphrodite Hills" Resort is a unique golf resort situated on two plateaus, separated by a picturesque gorge, covering a total area of 234 hectares at an altitude of 150 meters above sea level. It is the first and only golf resort in Cyprus with a fully developed infrastructure, including an 18-hole golf course and golf club, tennis and football academies, a spa, a 5-star hotel, a beach club, an equestrian club, restaurants and boutiques, a kids club, a gym, and luxury residential complexes. It is located a 15-minute drive from Paphos and 30 minutes from Limassol.

The "Poseidon Grand Villas" residential complex is a new development within the "Aphrodite Hills" resort. The complex is beautifully located near the 8th and 9th holes of the golf course, offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and within walking distance to the resort center.

The complex consists of two projects (phases):

A. "Uranus Grand Villas" project:
- Seven luxury 4-bedroom detached villas
- Eight 2 and 3-bedroom junior villas

B. "Hermes" project:
- Five single-story villas
- Nine detached two-story villas

The "Poseidon Grand Villas" occupy a prime location near the 8th and 9th holes of the golf course, adjacent to a 5-star hotel, and walking distance to the resort's amenities, with breathtaking views of the sea. The villas are situated on an elevated position with a panoramic view stretching to the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea. The spacious plots of land and beautifully landscaped gardens offer a high degree of privacy, while the famed Aphrodite Hills Golf Club, spa complex, tennis academy, numerous restaurants, and the 5-star Aphrodite Hills Hotel are just around the corner.

One distinguishing feature of the properties under construction is their high-quality Italian-style kitchens with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, as well as marble-finished shower rooms in Crema Royal style. The flooring is exclusively marble and parquet. The houses feature a concealed dual air conditioning system and an optimal controlled lighting system. A range of home automation devices is available as an option, allowing customization according to the customer's preferences. Currently, construction and sales of the first phase of the project, the "Uranus Grand Villas" complex, are ongoing.

The area of the villas ranges from 177.90 sqm to 318.3 sqm.

The completion date for the first phase is December 2020.
