"Herecon Group" offers the "SUPER PLUS" portfolio, consisting of four infrastructure-oriented stations located in high-traffic areas across four federal states in Germany. This project involves individually planned, new construction of petrol stations and/or service stations with restaurants, shops, and parking facilities, in the cities of Elsdorf (Lower Saxony), Ratingen (North Rhine-Westphalia), Rosbach (Hesse), and Pilsting (Bavaria). The total investment volume includes approximately 67,000 sqm of land and approximately 1,755 sqm of usable area.

The total area of the properties amounts to 49,888 sqm, providing 176 parking spaces for cars and trucks, with an option for an additional 63 parking spaces.
