This is one of the best settlements on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway, literally steeped in history. During Soviet times, state dachas were located here. One of the famous residents of the settlement was Vyacheslav Molotov. Currently, the modest wooden cottages of prominent figures of the Soviet era have been replaced by luxurious mansions of the Russian business elite. The architecture of the settlement has changed, but the unique atmosphere, silence, and tranquility have been preserved. Magnificent pine trees, which still remember the former residents of the settlement, continue to grow on the plots. Today, everything has been created here for a comfortable and peaceful life. The settlement has a school and a kindergarten, a fitness center with a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a bath complex, and playgrounds. Within walking distance from the settlement, there is the entire infrastructure of Zhukovka and the Moscow River.
