Zarya

The "Zarya" cottage settlement is located 19 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) along the Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway. The settlement is surrounded by forests on the southern and western sides. The settlement consists of 40 cottages. Initially, the plots of land in the settlement were sold without a construction contract, so the houses built here do not have a unified architectural concept. At the entrance to the "Zarya" settlement, there is a checkpoint. All utilities in the settlement are centralized. The settlement does not have its own infrastructure. The "Perekrestok" supermarket, "Orange Fitness" sports complex, restaurants, and a school are located 2 km away from the settlement. The "Zarya" settlement is adjacent to well-known "Rublevsky" settlements such as "Diplomat", "RIITA", "Gorki-8", and "Lesnye Prostori".
