Internal infrastructure of the "Poluostrov" cottage village is quite diverse. Most of its facilities are concentrated in the coastal area, encompassing residential blocks in a smooth arc. At the entrance to the village, there is a guarded checkpoint combined with an administrative building, with a guest parking lot located nearby. Also not far from the entrance is a multifunctional sports area. On the pedestrian boulevard leading from the checkpoint to the coastal area, there is a children's playground. In the coastal area, there is an observation deck, a beach with a volleyball court, a gazebo and a terrace, a barbecue area, a pier, and even a picturesque stone garden. The village has a minimarket and facilities for fishing and an eco-farm.
