Polyanka

The "Polyanka" private club settlement is located in the suburbs of the city of Istra, surrounded by forests. The settlement covers an area of 12 hectares and consists of 25 houses with a unique terrain. Centuries-old trees have been preserved within the settlement, with houses carefully integrated into the natural ensemble. Some of the houses are even hidden among centuries-old spruces and birches. Each house in the settlement is built according to an individual design. The engineering communications of the settlement meet the highest standards. Wide roads in the settlement are paved with sidewalk tiles, and approximately 800 different decorative plants are planted along the plots on emerald-green lawns. The leisure infrastructure of the settlement can make even a small vacation home envious: there is an artificial decorative pond with water plants and a relaxation area, a floating pier, and a pebble beach; a second artificial pond with organized fishing spots, a boat station, and picnic areas are also available; there is an indoor sports hall, an outdoor tennis court, a multipurpose playground, a children's playground, a mini-golf field, a shady linden alley for walks, and a billiard room.
