Pokrovskoye-Rubtsovo

The settlement is located on the right hilly bank of the River Mala Istra, near the famous old Russian estate of the 18th century. This is one of the few places in the Moscow region where extensive mixed forests coexist with park areas and high-class cottage buildings: the majority of the settlement's territory is occupied by old-growth forests, and a restored manor park spreads over 7 hectares. The territory, on which individual plots with houses are located, has a trilobate shape and is divided into 4 parts: "Royale": the central part of the settlement, adjacent to the estate territory, is divided into 11 plots ranging from 30 to 32 acres. There is a private park with gazebos and a children's playground. The roads for cars are located outside the sector but have individual access to each house, thus ensuring peace and tranquility for the residents of "Royale". "Tsar's Village": this part of the settlement is divided into 27 plots ranging from 30 to 67 acres. Many of the houses are located on picturesque elevations - the uneven relief with small differences in height allows for the implementation of the most interesting architectural projects. In the "Tsar's Village," there are several park areas with children's playgrounds. "Rubtsovsky Posad": the northeastern part of the settlement includes 14 plots ranging from 18 to 44 acres. The southern side of the sector adjoins the old estate, from which natural terraces descend. Each plot of "Rubtsovsky Posad" is literally permeated with sunlight, despite the fact that the entire territory of the sector is adorned with mighty two-hundred-year-old trees. "Noble Nest": the northern part of the settlement includes 26 plots ranging from 20 to 52 acres. The territory of "Noble Nest" is hidden in the shadow of tall fluffy pine trees. Several houses in this sector are located on the banks of the Mala Istra river at the "Cape of Love," offering a beautiful view of the surroundings. Infrastructure: spa center, boutique hotel, exclusive club located in the restored estate. The residential part of the settlement is separated from the public area by a transparent fence and a second checkpoint. The main part of the settlement was designed by the Moscow architectural workshop of Alexander Asadov.
