Nikologorsky Park

The closed, gated community of Nikologorsky Park is located in the territory of the legendary Nikolina Gora. The area of the community encompasses 30 hectares of a forest with centuries-old pine and spruce trees. 15 hectares of the community is designated as a park zone, featuring walking paths, children's and sports playgrounds, and recreation areas. The remaining 15 hectares are divided into plots ranging from 18 ares to 3 hectares. The plots are flat, of regular shape, and wooded. Land status: land for settlements (land used for residential purposes), suitable for summer cottage construction. Utilities are centralized.
