Fully autonomous guarded territory of the settlement is located in an ecologically clean area, on the shore of the Ikshinsky reservoir, characterized by calm navigable flow. M.O.N.A.K.O.V.O. is a De luxe class settlement consisting of 51 cottages (from 508 to 1142 sq.m.), a commercial center (967 sq.m.), a yacht club, a well-kept shoreline, and a cozy park with children's play complexes. Thanks to the special layout of the settlement, each cottage offers a beautiful view of the water - the houses in the settlement are located at three levels of distance from the shoreline.
