Michurinets

"Michurinets" cottage settlement is considered elite since the 70s. And it has not lost its status until now. The result is an interesting architectural and historical ensemble, combining both the features of a classic Soviet dacha and the estates of the business elite of the 2000s. Currently, about 500 people live in the settlement, which covers just over 50 hectares. Each property is connected to all central utilities. Several excellent schools and kindergartens, as well as the Novo-Peredelkino ski complex, one of the largest and best in Moscow, are within walking distance. The "Michurinets" cottage settlement is ideally located: just 8 kilometers to the capital, with exits to two highways - Borovskoye and Minskoye. It takes less than 5 minutes to walk to Michurinets railway station. A trip to Kievsky train station by commuter train takes about half an hour. In 2017, a new metro station is planned to be opened nearby. However, inside the settlement, the hustle and bustle of the big city is hardly felt: silence, tranquility, and the scent of pine forest prevail.
