The cottage settlement is located 12 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) on Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway. This is a unique piece of untouched nature with mixed forests, picturesque Odintsovo hills, and the embankment of the Medvenka River. You can reach the city via Mozhayskoe, Ilyinskoe, or Podushkinskoe highway. The cottage settlement covers an area of 9 hectares. The level of infrastructure development allows for a familiar way of life, enjoying walks in the forest and the singing of birds in the mornings. Most of the houses are built according to individual projects by well-known architectural bureaus. The settlement is planned in such a way that each house offers a calming view of the forest landscape. There are 15 cottages built on the territory. 52 plots are offered for individual residential construction ranging from 8 to 23 acres. Each plot has centralized communications and engineering systems. The settlement offers its residents the opportunity to experience the fullness of country life, take a break from the big city, and feel unity with nature. The territory includes a well-groomed park with a playground and places for relaxation. The settlement is surrounded by the settlements of "Lyzlovo," "Kalchuga," and the village of "Laikovo." The proximity to the cottage settlements of "Gorki-2" and "Usovo" provides access to infrastructure: sports clubs, beauty salons, shopping, and business centers. In the future, the settlement itself is planned to be organized, with a children's playground, grocery store, and pharmacy.
