The cottage settlement is located 14 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) on the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway, surrounded by a forest that separates it from the noise and hustle of the city. The territory features a picturesque park area, an ideal place for walks and outdoor activities. Landscaping works have been done, and the roads are lined with rows of mature fir trees. The Medvenka River is within walking distance. The settlement was developed in two stages. The first stage of construction was fully completed several years ago. The second stage was recently finished. Today, the developers aim to unify both parts of the settlement, improving the infrastructure and creating additional amenities for homeowners. This elite settlement was built using new construction technologies and high-quality finishing materials. It encompasses 68 hectares of land and has 120 cottages and townhouses. Each house is designed according to an individual project. The townhouses' upper floors have attic spaces with high ceilings and panoramic windows.
