The cottage settlement is located 14 km from the Moscow Ring Road (MKAD) on the Rublevo-Uspenskoe highway, surrounded by a forest that separates it from the noise and hustle of the city. The territory features a picturesque park area, an ideal place for walks and outdoor activities. Landscaping works have been done, and the roads are lined with rows of mature fir trees. The Medvenka River is within walking distance.
The settlement was developed in two stages. The first stage of construction was fully completed several years ago. The second stage was recently finished. Today, the developers aim to unify both parts of the settlement, improving the infrastructure and creating additional amenities for homeowners.
This elite settlement was built using new construction technologies and high-quality finishing materials. It encompasses 68 hectares of land and has 120 cottages and townhouses. Each house is designed according to an individual project. The townhouses' upper floors have attic spaces with high ceilings and panoramic windows.
Residents can enjoy spending time in nature, relaxing in gazebos and the park with numerous walking paths. There are playgrounds for the youngest residents. The territory also features a supermarket, bakery, ATM, laundry, and dry cleaning services. Nearby, there are kindergartens, a school, a pharmacy, and a medical center. The main attraction of the area is the Church of the Beheading of St. John the Baptist, located in the center of the settlement. Entry is only possible through controlled checkpoints. Video surveillance cameras monitor everything that happens within and around the settlement.
