Eco-village Varvarino

Eco-settlement Varvarino, founded in 2005, is a collection of 42 modern comfortable houses in the style of the famous American architect Frank Lloyd Wright, located on 10 hectares of well-maintained land in the center of New Moscow. The unique friendly atmosphere and unified social level of the residents make Varvarino an ideal place for a peaceful retreat and a relaxed countryside life. The entire settlement area has been fully landscaped and green spaces have been created by professional landscape architects. The plots are separated from each other by picturesque hills and living hedges, which allowed for the absence of fences while ensuring privacy for each property. Inside the settlement, there is a dedicated sports and health center (including a 20-meter pool, gym, sauna, hammam, and relaxation room), a club with billiards and table tennis, an open tennis court with modern coverage, and a children's playground. The river and forest are within walking distance.
