10 Yards

The cottage settlement called "10 Yards" is located on Rublevo-Uspenskoye Highway, just 6 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, near the famous village of Razdory. The settlement consists of 10 houses. The projects of these houses were developed by the progressive architect Elena Kochetkova specifically for the "10 Yards" settlement. All cottage projects consist of three levels, and each house includes a swimming pool. The plots have different sizes, ranging from 17 to 35 acres. The cottage settlement is located on the edge of a forest, with a forest area of five hectares adjacent to its territory. Within this forest area, there are well-maintained walking paths, benches, barbecue areas, and children's playgrounds for the residents and guests of the cottage settlement.
