Author's project of 3,400 sqm on a unique forest plot in the "Uspensky Les" cottage village.
The facade panoramic glazing of the four-meter high floors allows the residents of the house to feel their unity with nature. All main facades are facing the coniferous forest, the facade of the house is made of Canadian cedar. The interior of the house is made of high-class natural materials: travertine, onyx, marble, Canadian cedar, teak, and oak.
Modern layout solutions provide functional and comfortable living areas.
Basement: SPA area with a swimming pool, disco hall, bowling, cinema, karaoke, cigar room, library;
1st floor: entrance hall, hall, living room, dining area, elevator, living room with a billiard room, main kitchen, family chef's kitchen with its own bathroom and cargo elevator for groceries, 2 guest bedrooms, 2 bathrooms;
2nd floor: office with a bathroom and wardrobe, 2 children's bedrooms with bathrooms and wardrobes;
3rd floor: bedroom with a wardrobe and bathroom, spacious terrace (mini golf platform, open Jacuzzi), sports hall (270 sqm) with a badminton, basketball, squash, ballet bar, exercise area.
Structurally, the house is divided into several main blocks. The central part is an open space with an adjacent part of the winter garden 13 meters high, where adult trees can be planted. It is worth noting the spacious living room with a second light and a panoramic view elevator, which plays a central role in the house.
The central part is connected to the left wing of the house with aerial passages-bridges passing through the volume of the winter garden at the height of the second and third floors. From the bedroom on the third floor, you can descend an external staircase to a 300 square meter sunny terrace with a mini golf platform. Landscaping with automatic irrigation has been done.
The basement includes a spacious SPA area with a counter-current swimming pool.
