"Michurinets" cottage settlement is considered elite since the 70s. And it has not lost its status until now. In 2017, a new metro station is planned to be opened nearby. However, inside the settlement, the hustle and bustle of the big city is hardly felt: silence, tranquility, and the scent of pine forest prevail.
