House 260 m² — Novogorsk Point

Novogorsk-POINT is a small settlement created according to an author's project, where tranquility, security, and seclusion prevail. All houses have been built and are ready for finishing touches. The 4-meter high ceilings, combined with large windows, create an additional sense of volume and spaciousness. Each house is equipped with the possibility of installing a fireplace. The roofs of the houses are exploitable, and if desired, it is possible to arrange a terrace or build an additional 3rd floor. The walls are faced with graphite-colored clinker brick (Belgium) and facade panels imitating wood (Italy).

The layout is open and flexible.

Centralized gas, water, electricity, and sewerage systems have been installed. There is also the possibility of connecting to an optical fiber IT-telephone line. The settlement has started to be populated. The territory of the settlement is well-maintained, with paved pathways, lawns, and decorative trees. Flowerbeds have been arranged near the houses, and there is street lighting. Maintenance is provided by a service team.
