There have been personnel changes at the Kalinka Group elite real estate agency. Employees who have been working in the company for a long time have been appointed to management positions.
Alexey Chumalov has been appointed as the Sales Director of the Kalinka Group agency, previously holding the position of Head of the "City 2" urban real estate department. In his new position, he will be responsible for organizing and executing sales in several departments of the company (urban, commercial, suburban real estate).
Alexey Chumalov was born in Moscow. He graduated from Moscow State University and has two higher education degrees (geographical and economic faculties).
Alexey Chumalov has been working in Kalinka Group since 2015 and started as a residential real estate broker. Before joining the company, he was the executive director of the "Bely Gorod" real estate agency.
In turn, Julia Kovalyova became the Head of "City 2", having previously led one of the city departments of the company for five years. In her new position, she will be responsible for organizing and overseeing the sales of residential real estate.
Yulia Kovalyova was born in Tallinn, Estonia. In 2010, she graduated with honors from the Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, where she also obtained a master's degree.
Yulia Kovalyova has been working at Kalinka Group since 2013.
