Target audience for Neva Towers apartments - foreigners
The target audience of apartment buyers in Neva Towers is foreigners. This was announced to journalists by the chairman of the board of directors of the company responsible for selling the housing in the complex, Kalinka Group, Ekaterina Rumyantseva.
"250,000 rubles per square meter is the cheapest offer in the entire Moscow City. The areas are sold from 60 square meters, with the price of one lot starting from 15.8 million rubles. There are 770 residential lots on the market, with 20% belonging to Neva Towers. In total, Neva Towers accounts for 40% of the residential premises in Moscow City. The average price of apartments in Moscow City is 65% higher than in Neva Towers. The price may increase by 70% over three years," said E. Rumyantseva.
She added that the target audience of buyers is foreigners. "Apartments have already been sold to Chinese and Turks," noted E. Rumyantseva, also mentioning that all units up to the 28th floor, totaling 150 lots, are currently available for sale.
According to the Sales Director of the Neva Towers complex, Olga Pastushkova, on average, two apartments are sold per day in Neva Towers. The multifunctional Neva Towers complex is a new high-rise construction project implemented in the Moscow City business district by Renaissance Construction. The Neva Towers MFC is being built on a 2.41-hectare site and will consist of two high-tech style buildings. The first tower will have 63 floors (290 m) and will accommodate commercial office spaces as well as 396 apartments.
