The highest penthouse in Europe is being sold for 2.6 billion rubles.
A penthouse worth 2.6 billion rubles is for sale in Moscow City business center. The exclusive collector's item is the tallest penthouse above ground level in Europe, according to the brokerage agency Kalinka Group.
The three-level apartment, covering an area of about 2,200 square meters, occupies three floors in the multifunctional complex Federation Tower - the 95th, 96th, and 97th. The space under the giant dome is located at a height of 360 meters above ground.
The apartment features full panoramic glazing, with a glass dome serving as the ceiling, reaching a height of 12 meters. The width of the glass in the apartment is 1.6 meters, and the height is up to 5 meters.
The apartment is offered in a shell & core state. The rooms have a free layout and purpose.
The cost of the penthouse is 2.6 billion rubles.

The MFC includes apartments, offices, infrastructure facilities, including a pool, spa, and street retail, as well as an observation deck.
